You'd "prefer" a Lithium chemistry? Nothing else currently available is going to give you a battery of that capacity that will fit on a 2 wheeled vehicle. That's a very large capacity battery. Even at 20kWh pretty much cutting edge energy density for a conventional motorcycle. What would your size and weight restrictions be?
