I need to clear out some EV parts and projects, preferably before winter
sets in.

I'll have a list of the parts for sale soon.

For now, I'm offering the EVs at what I think are low prices in hopes of
moving them out quickly, and finding them loving forever homes with EV
hobbyists. I expect that the EV components alone are worth far more than my
asking prices, but you're welcome to make an offer if you honestly think I'm
asking too much.

Offers for both cars as a package would be especially welcome.

Usually when you find cars old enough that you don't have to worry about
fooling their computers, they're worn out and rusted. Here you have low
mileage, rust-free, already-converted EVs that just need a little work to
get back on the road.

In the great, time-honored tradition of used conversion EVs for sale, both
cars need batteries. :-)

1991 SOLECTRIA FORCE hatchback (converted Geo Metro). AC drive, 144v, with
regen. Fixed reduction Solectria transaxle. The car was damaged when a
tree fell on my garage. As of last winter, it ran, but the motor may need a
new bearing, and it currently has NO BATTERIES. It will need to be winched
onto your dolly or transport.

Add batteries, a little bodywork to smooth out the windshield frame, a new
or used windshield, and possibly a motor bearing, and it shouldn't be too
tough to get this EV back into usable condition.

Please read the page linked below for more information.

Clear Ohio title, current registration. Asking $350 FOB, as-is, no
warranty.

1991 FORD ESCORT wagon, ADC/Curtis, 128v, stock automatic transaxle.
Converted by Green Motorworks in the mid-1990s, a typical DC conversion of
the era. It was also in my garage when the tree fell on it, but was only
slightly damaged. Rust-free, never driven in winter.

There are some relatively minor mechanical problems detailed on the page
linked below, but it's fundamentally sound and should be quite easily
restorable. NO BATTERIES. This car will need to be winched onto your dolly
or transport.

I don't have an Ohio title, but I can get one (no legal problems, just
logistics). Email for more info about the title. Asking $500 FOB, as-is,
no warranty.

If I receive more than one inquiry, I reserve the right to decide among the
potential buyers, based on any reason, or no reason at all. :-)

If I receive no inquiries, I reserve the right to fleabay the cars or donate
them to a local charity.

Go ahead, make me an offer. You need an EV project or two, so you're not
bored this winter. :-)
