I have seen other CHAdeMO stations across the country that provide the Tesla adapter on a cable so you cannot steal it. It looks like this is what’s going on here, only the adapter is super-long and it’s cable hangs where the CHAdeMO used to, and the CHAdeMO is now plugged into the adapter when not in use, in order to provide the Tesla with power.
