Tesla is facing another lawsuit over autopilot. Newsweek reports that a Japanese family are suing Tesla for a accident 2 years ago in which a 44 year old pedestrian was struck and killed.

Elon Musk is also getting flak for his sweary outburst on a shareholder call yesterday, complaining that CA isn't letting him open up yet. He also posted "FREE AMERICA NOW" on Twitter. I'm sure that, like every other business person, he's worried about Tesla's future. However, his critics (and there are lots of them) have pointed to his personal stake in this. Because of the closings, Tesla might miss a valuation goal. If they do, Musk will personally miss out on stock options worth $720 million. It's not a great week for Tesla, I guess.
