Hello Mark, I've used Plugshare before but I am no expert on knowing whether Plugshare has all the J1772's at motels listed. A Hampton Inn where I stayed at before was under a Level 2 icon on Plugshare.
I did come across this link: http://www.chargehotels.com/ I'd be anxious to hear if it works.
