I don't know what it is, but I don't think it's a Leaf, unless Chinese Leaves look dramatically different from the US version. The wheels look similar, and that's about all. Unless my eyes are fooling me, the shape is completely different from both generations. It might be some kind of hybrid. Note what could be a fuel filler port on the left rear quarter panel.
