A friend emailed me asking if he could take brake springs from one of my
basket-case Citicars. He has looked extensively without luck but there
are people on this list who know more than others about such things. So,
his message is copied below and if anyone has Citicar brake spring info,
please let me know where he might find them, other than my back yard.

I actually went to a forklift supply company and through research we
were able to find that the rear brakes on early citicars are bendix
rebrands of a clark gas-powered forklift brake set, but we can not find
the springs.
