I saw a whole EV installation taken down back in the 90's in Alameda CA. I 
participated in removal of chargers and one friend bought one of the vans at 
auction. Used in a handy man business for decades. The postal workers were 
responsible for the failure as no on was punished for not plugging in for next 
day use. Stupid. Those vans could still be in use today even with lead
