Not sure what that means.

You must live where the roads are always smooth. Here in Ohio, where every
spring renders up a new batch of street canyons (AKA potholes), I'd say that
the majority of times that I've had a vehicle mechanical failure that took
me off the road, a tire has been involved.

Sometimes the tire was repairable, but without even trying hard, I can think
of 4 times that the tire was trashed and I had to replace it.

There does seem to be a trend toward dispensing with spare tires on EVs,
sometimes replacing them with cans of fixaflat and an air compressor. I
don't know whether that's also a trend in ICEVs. Either way, I'm not too
keen on it, but maybe I'm just a curmudgeon.

You shouldn't have to choose what you want, because we will
be able to get enough data to know what you want better than
    you do.
