Another approach- go talk with the hotel valet/parking manager. See what he can do. Often the hotel parking garages in multi unit destinations are contracted out. The security staff have little to no capability, and sometimes no interest, in problem solving.
The parking Manager is likely the only person in the parking operation that coordinates with guests or the hotels.
