It's the MyGreen-Volt app, used with a Bluetooth OBD2 device. I bought the Vgate iCar2 OBD2 Scanner on eBay for $11. The app costs $1 to activate for battery cell monitoring. They worked without any problems, and are certainly worth what I paid for them.
