FWIW the EVSE that comes with the 2017 and later Volts/Bolts will also work as a level 2 EVSE, you just have to buy/build an adapter to allow it to plug into 240V and it becomes a 3.5-3.6kw EVSE (which is the max the Volt will charge at)
