I have a new old stock factory OEM Citicar / Comuta-Car striping kit. It's free to the first person who asks for it - just pay the shipping (not much as it's quite light).
The stripes are black. I bought it from Jim Tervort's Sebring Auto-Cycle in the late 1980s when I thought that I was going to repaint my C-car No warranty! The adhesive may be all dried out by now, or it might still be fine. Your risk. Even if it is dried out, you might be able to use it as templates for a local sign shop or similar operation to make a new set for you. Again, free to a good home; just pay shipping.
