I do not recommend ANY of these crappy 3rd party adapters. Both the Lectron and the A2Z did not implement a full mechanical interlock as required by the CCS standard. You can unplug the NACS cable from the adapter under load, and if this is done there could be an arc flashover with full battery current behind it that could end very badly. Obviously if you have one of these, DO NOT unplug the NACS cable first! Wait for the car to release the adapter, THEN disconnect the NACS side.
The OEM adapter made by Tesla does have a mechanical interlock, so you can't disconnect the NACS plug until the adapter is released from the car which has a motorized latch to secure it until it's safe.
