Hi Folks,

 

For a followup from last month, I found on the Tesla discussion list to use
a Grease Injector Needle 18 Guage W54213 from Advance Auto etc does the
trick.  You have to hold the pin straight out puncturing the rubber boot and
compress the grease gun with your leg (to keep the needle from cocking and
squirting grease out sideways in the zerk fitting).  I shot 3 squirts into
*all* 4 ball joints and *no* more squeaking in the upper right ball joint
steering/bouncing suspension.   Cheaper than paying the stealership +$260
and driving a day back and forth to Richmond Va (said I may have to stay
overnight).
