I got the Refill Inverter Coolant message intermittently on my 2021 Hyundai Kona EV (Ultimate). I have owned it for just over 1 year.
I searched on Google and it seemed to indicate that there is a tool the dealers have for cleaning the radiator. I gave it to the dealer on July 8. They decided it needed a water pump, under warranty. They did not have a loaner available, and told me not to take it home and drive it. On July 19. the CrowdStriker issue struck my company, and I was drafted to a field support role 20 miles from home :-) so I needed to borrow a car from a relative on 7/21, but I was able to pick up a loaner car from the dealer that afternoon. I just got my car back August 21. The dealer said Hyunai paid for everything. (wait till they see the Cashless Tolls into NYC, I'm sure I'll get billed :-) The person who took my car in basically said they didn't need to be told what to do. The person who returned the car confirmed that cleaning the radiator was done. It's quite possible the clogged radiator burned out the pump. So glad to be back to using *home*-made electricity to drive :-) -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
