Well, there are USB CD drives. Have no idea if that would work plugged
into a Tesla port.
So, since I have one, I went out a fiddled around in the Cybertruck for
a while.
Tesla doesn't detect/use a CD drive.
BUT digging around, it appears that it's possible to get your Android
device to read/use a CD drive. (though you might want to use a powered
hub...)
