Yes, a great example. This is also an important selling point for
companies that use open source -- what you build for your organization
with the open source software will not be affected by unpredictable
changes. Perceived lack of stability is one reason many organizations do
not choose open source software.

For those outside of California, Wilson, Sonsini is one of the largest
high tech legal firms in the Valley so they approach business from a
private industry lawyer's mindset. Not sure the firm has much experience
with open source communities.
