CLIENT EXP. · Review Current structure and recommend optimal structure to facilitate collaboration. · Taxonomy, features and determination of their adoption at the client. · Advise of Integration with other Microsoft systems * Office 2007, Office communication server and other MS productivity tools. · Developing best practices for effective celebrations o Default Sharepoint site with rights for site administrators to create sub-sites. o Data Storage planning. o Parent Sharepoint site hosted on ITS SharePoint Services o Distribuate site administration privileges for departments. o Process for setup of users external to the client · Use of advance SharePoint features Scope of Work: The goal of SharePoint Implementation is to provide a secure, enterprise-level portal environment for tem collaboration, allowing users to aggregate and organize information in one place, as well as search the information within a site in order to find relevant information quickly and efficiently. The service is design to meet the business need for team collaboration, including team members who are external to the college. Users would work together on task, projects, documents, announcements etc. Site administrators would control site organization, content and user permission.
