Hi Jeff,
I believe you need to use the numeric org unit ID, not the org unit
name, in the org_units section of your config.
If that doesn't help, you may find more useful log messages in your
opensrf logs (located at /openils/log/osrfsys.log by default), rather
than your gateway logs.
