Has anybody successfully created an action trigger that acts on Claims Returned items? I'm trying to see if it's possible create one that marks a Claims Returned item Lost after X days.
This is what I have - I have it set to run 1 day after due date just for testing purposes. I don't see any way to run it based on claims returned date.
