Since the DEV container doesn't have revisions on dockerhub, I'm
alerting yall via mailing list. For those of you that use the dev
container, there's a new one! Improvements (from git log):
. Run newpot when language support is true
. Copy IDL dtd file into place
. Don't overwrite entityized fm_IDL.xml file when translation support is on
. Making sure that AngularJS node_modules are getting copied
. Passing "yes" to npm ci commands

docker pull mobiusoffice/evergreen-ils:dev
I also uploaded 3.14.9 and 3.15.4 generic containers (non-dev) to
dockerhub's repo.
I'd like to thank Jane and the whole community for the feedback and
