Write accessible documentation - Alexandra Klepper
Accessibility is a critical part of product creation and documentation.
Often, doc writers, including technical writers and engineers, rely on
their content management system to be an accessible platform, but don’t
have or know the tools to make their content accessible. We can and must do
better to think about more than just the content’s platform, but how to
make the content itself more accessible.
This talk focuses on practical wisdom to make your content more accessible,
including technical writing best practices, accessibility style guides,
content design, testing accessibility in documentation, and advocating for
accessibility audits.
