I also agree that it's superfluous. We ignore it when training new
libraries unless they ask about it.

I've been working with Evergreen for a long time now, but I still
don't understand the purpose for having a separate "Capture Holds"
interface when it appears to have the same functionality as the
"Check In" interface.
What am I missing?
