Owing to an omission in the Evergreen Release 3.10.1 source code
package, a new download has been prepared. The new download includes
the missing database upgrade script to go from Evergreen version 3.9.1
to version 3.10.0.
The download is available on the Evergreen downloads page:

The Evergreen Release Team apologizes for any inconvenience this
