Yes, apologies, all. We are currently waiting for a firewall adjustment from our hosting provider to allow for automated SSL certificate requests. Once that's done, we can enable the web UI.
Why, though?: Long story, but it comes down to the deprecation of Maliman 2.1 and bad Ubuntu packaging of its successor, Mailman 3. We can process membership and/or moderation requests manually, so just email me directly if you need something that can't wait a few more days.
