Can you attach a screenshot of your settings page in Evergreen? It's been a
while since I've had to do a spine label configuration, but I might be able to
spot the problem.

I am setting up a Zebra ZD411t thermal transfer printer to print spine labels
with Evergreen and I am having trouble setting the top margin so that the print
does not start at the very top of the 1"x1.5" label. I have tried changing the
settings in both the Evergreen spine label set up and the Zebra printer
settings, but nothing changes when I print. I can get it to work in the Zebra
Designer 3 software, but not when I print spine labels directly from Evergreen.
If anyone has set up this type of printer with Evergreen for spine labels
before and has any advice, I would really appreciate it.
