This is the automatic response to a successful transmission.
We should all get the opposite in this form, when the transmission is
not successful
"The message is being held because:
The message is larger than the 100 KB maximum size
If you still wish the message to be posted, please try to fix your
email and send it again. The OSList is self-moderated to keep it
sustainable."
It is probably helpful to have the reference (re) in the heading of the
message and limiting the strings that can become very long.
Having all this time because it is raining which is a grand event these
days in the time of drought...
