Happy Birthday, Harrison! So fortunate to have you as a part of my professional 
learning. Blessing to you as you celebrate your 88th birthday!

Open Space change my approach to so many learning situations. I was just 
explaining it to someone on Friday who listened but was unwilling to let go of 
her plan for a meeting. I will circle back at another time.
