I have no words that are enough to meet the depth of your loss.
Despite the heartbreak, I’m glad you could be there for your wife during these difficult last days. I’m grateful that you had many years of adventures and joy with Frances Wind.
May your many precious memories carry you through the difficult times ahead.

You are so tremendously giving to the open space community. You have invested in building countless friendships here with so many of us over so many years, both online and in-person.

Dear friends, Last night Harold Shinsato posted this message on his Facebook announcing the passing of his wife Frances Wind Shinsato. “Unimaginable joy for 26 years knowing and loving this woman, 25th anniversary a few weeks ago. Unimaginable grief at losing her.”
I felt that our Open Space community would have wanted to know, caring as deeply as they do for Harold. He who does so much for us, so often behind the scenes, in his love and dedication for Open Space, colleagues and friends.
Here the obituary: In this moment I know we all want to be with him in spirit and more. Expressing how much we care for him during these difficult times. We feel Harrison’s presence also in this _expression_ of comfort and support.
