I had conceived of the quantum suicide idea back in college in the 1970s,
but I did not come up with the everything-exists hypothesis on my own.
I believe I run up against the idea in some form prior to reading
Tegmark's paper in 1997, though.  Hans Moravec's suggestion that all
consciousnesses exist is somewhat similar.
