I have finished the paper on the origin of the physical laws and sensations, and I got the authorization from the SANE04 chairman to put it on my web page. (See URL below). Feel free to ask any question. It presents in English the two main results of my 1998 Lille thesis. You will recognize many points discussed on the everything list and the for-list. I hope it can help. An elongated version with a more technical appendix will be send to the Alamos archive asap. The paper is supposed to grow anyway, perhaps through your comments and questions.
