For what it's worth, here are two places on the internet to publish 
your papers for free. Then they will appear to others on a Google
search.

You don't even need to do that. You can just post
your resume or bibliography on any yahoogroup 
googlegroup posting.  If you Google up anything
about Leibniz, you'll probably come up with  one
of my postings. I'm sort of famous in that respect.
Life after death.

Just email your *.doc file or better yet export as a *.pdf.
I'm not clear yet about the copyright issue.
Certainly it's not problem if it's not copyrighted
by a third party.
