I don't know about Einstein's 13 tensor equations and their exact results. I just don't believe space can be curved. And I do believe Coulomb fields can be curved. Our Universe is not a mathematical structure; it is a combination of atoms and molecules and light and other things that can be explained with physics. We just need to use the right physics.
As for correcting the clocks in satellites, I doubt if they rely on Einstein's equations. My understanding is that his equations say that time passes slower at high speeds and faster at reduced gravity. The simple way to correct for time variations in the satellites is to adjust the clocks every now and then to make sure they are consistent with the time here on earth. My guess is that is what they do.
