same goal as ISIL.

If it was a mainstream platitude, hemp would not still be illegal in
most countries. I have no certainties, but the more I study that
domain, I think that drug prohibition has put bandits in place, which
pervert the economy through black and grey money, and pervert the
politic of health, and other one.
