Yeah, good idea, but sounds like BS to me. Werner Von Braun thought that we'd have a Mars landing by the 1980's/ Then, Again, Von Braun was involved personally in the killing of my peeps, maybe even some relatives, at Nordhausen, so what did he really know? The Loop may actually happen though. To get to Mars and back we'd need fast propulsion (months travel one way is bull) radiation protection all the way and back, food and supplies already landed. Great and exciting but the human species needs better energy systems, and more better anti-nuke systems, more than a flag on Mars, just before the human species goes under.
