It looks like us antipodeans get royally shafted by Amazon :( They must do some sort of GeoIP lookup and only serve the discount to US-based customers, though why they would do this beats me.
This sort of price promotion is only available for the US and UK stores. Do people in the UK get the discount or not? I only activated the price promotion on the US store.
