*It occurs to me that if the US admitted shipping munitions to Britain, it 
might have liability to the descendents of those who perished. In the case 
of the balloons, it's more of case of hiding possible evidence of alien 
contact, or minimally refusing to assist in debunking the story of a 
crashed spaceship. AG *
