It is one of its main technic. Also, he lies publicly in a way that you could not interrupt him, making you accomplices, by little steps, and at some point, you can’t go back. It is typical of moral harrasment. And, yes, Cosmin Visan seems to do that too. All people claiming to know the truth act like this, but not all are malevolent, I mean, intentionally malevolent.
