It would seem that this paper is just like the others you have cited: it
doesn't actually specify a dynamical mechanism for retrocausality, it just
claims that if there were such a mechanism, EPR results could be explained
thereby.

Not really good enough, Phil. Your sarcasm does you no credit. All you have
to do is come up with the dynamics of the retrocausal mechanism that
explains the Aspect experiments. But you can't do that, can you? Because,
if you could, it would be out there by now, and you would be only too happy
to produce the details.

You are condemned as a charlatan by your silence on the important issue.
