Occam razor definitely sides with the MW, and even more with the many-epistemic 
worlds/histories implied by the mechanist hypothesis. Compare:

Copenhague: Unintelligible dualist theory of mind + the wave

Everett: Mechanist theory of mind + the wave

Mechanism (well-understood!): mechanist theory of mind.

Mechanism win, by Occam razor, as it uses a simple natural assumption, already 
used by Darwin, and just pushed it at its extreme logical consequence.
