Yes. We cannot clone unknown quantum state, but that is not relevant. What is relevant is that arithmetic emulates all quantum state preparation, and this in infinitely many occurrences. What remains to be explained is why the quantum computation win the measure games, but this is partially answered by the fact that the logic of the measure one are quantum logics. Note that in the mechanist setting, we already know that matter is not clonable given that it does not exist, and its appearances requires the entire universal dovetailing.
