As far as I can tell, he hasn't ended the pandemic because only medicine can end the pandemic, unless one believes in herd immunity? Biden has no secret plan to end the Vietnam War, er, pandemic, either because, it takes an improvement in medicine to end the pandemic. My thoughtless thought based on a few articles, is that this pandemic was ginned up by the biologists at some of the labs, some of which were criticized for carelessness by US biologists in a 2017 visit. I think we were not the target, but instead the protesting population of Hong Kong was the target. I suspect that this plague was let out too early (unperfected) out of carelessness by a lab worker who went to dine not at a 'wet' market, but at a fish market (I read). The disease would have decimated HK, and thus, would have given Xi and the PLA to takeover out of humanitarian reasons, etc. I have no evidence to provide and am lousy at sales, but this is my guess. Once, it got release Xi said ok, maybe it will level the economies so China comes out ahead? My guess.
