I use the word “democracy” in the contemporary sense, which is not the same sense as in Plato. I am taking about universal suffrage, and separation of power. And, yes, psychology, sociology, political philosophy have regressed since … Aristotle, and its use by the dogmatic materialist (christians, mainly, but Islam has made a similar move mater). There is no human science, and fundamental science is basically equivocated to physics, nowadays. But we know that this cannot work when we assume even a very minimal account of Descartes’s Mechanism, like the one used in Darwin (and confirmed by molecular biology). It is a chance that there is no human science, as this explains the Shoah, Rwanda, prohibition, relativism and Islamism, and even … Trump, I think. In my university, philosophy is classified as literature. Most people today are not even aware that the original doubt of the theologian was about the existence of a physical *universe* (primary universe). The term “mathematician” has been used to mean “skeptical on the idea that there is an ontological physical universe”. Mathematics as a science is born from the doubt about materialism, which is taken for granted by many people today.
