I think you may be correct about me having a very cruel mentality. Now we must address why or rather how, the undocumented peoples come from places that have "extreme poverty & violence." Which by the way, we have extreme poverty and violence here. The reasons seem fixable, but this would entail doing things differently (domestically), because the way they currently are performed lead to extreme poverty & violence. The trouble is, the progressives cannot afford to offend because it might alienate their voter base, and an alienated voter based, the DNC, cannot hold office.
