I get the impression you might acknowledge that this sort of argument does resolve the issue of how different frames can avoid contradictory predictions about local physical facts, but you think there is some further problem with the idea of the car fitting in one frame but not another. But it seems like your reason for thinking there's a further problem is just that it seems counterintuitive in some way, and you haven't really explained why you *don't* think there is a similar problem with other frame-dependent differences, like the fact that A's velocity can be larger than B's in one frame but smaller than B's in a different frame.
