Also, as I've posted previously, if his tariffs produce enough cash for running the reduced in size US government, he can argue for the elimination of the income tax, to be replaced with a value-added tax, while eliminating the IRS. His billionaire and corporate buddies will be very happy to pay the VAT tax, with zero personal and corporate tax rates.
