Just putting this on the list so it can answer the question for others too. :)
There's no way to set the initial size of the Evince window manually. We've been avoiding this on purpose, see the following bugs. [Some gconf configuration options] http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=311024 [Smarter initial window size] http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=168450 Current versions of Evince will remember the window size that you used for a document and when you re-open the document it will retain the initial size. I believe this info is kept in $HOME/.gnome2/evince/ Cheers, ~ Bryan On Thu, 2005-08-25 at 12:39 -0500, Karl Schmidt wrote: > Is there any way to change the default size of evince when it opens? > > Or perhaps it should save its size in .evince? > > Nice pkg - thanks for sharing it. > > > > > ---------------------------------------------------------------- > Karl Schmidt EMail [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Transtronics, Inc.
