I can open the document without problems using Evince 0.5.3 (poppler
0.5.2 splash) from Debian Sid and evince CVS HEAD (poppler/cairo CVS
HEAD too).
Confirmed, can open it in Evince 0.5.4 with poppler/cairo 0.5.3 on Ubuntu Edgy.
