1) Evince is great! Many thanks to the developers.
After looking around in the manual and web pages (couldn't raise the mailing
list):
2) IMHO it would be even better if some at least of the printer parameters
could be saved in a startup file. While I understand that some, such as paper
size, may be defined in the .pdf document, it would be nice for example if one
could define a default printer, B&W and two-sided printing for routine printing.
Is there a way? Is one planned? With thanks,
